These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of PRACTIFIED practice management software and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, requesting a trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
PRACTIFIED provides multi-tenant practice management software for professional firms, including client management, planning, timesheets, invoicing, reporting, and optional modules as configured for your subscription package.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate company and contact information. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must ensure that users you authorise comply with these Terms.
3. Trials and subscriptions
Trials, if offered, are limited in time and may be subject to approval. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the package, billing cycle, and fees (including any setup fee) agreed at signup or in a written order. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other tenants’ data, reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. You remain responsible for content and data you upload.
5. Data and confidentiality
You retain ownership of your firm and client data. We process that data to provide and improve the Service. Each tenant’s operational data is isolated by design. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features, modules, and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where practical. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRACTIFIED is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service subject to any contractual notice period. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or misuse. Upon termination, export options (where available) should be used before access ends.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of South Africa have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
